On originally installing I deselected all languages except English. If I wanted to reinstall the others do I simply upload each .cap and .lang files to the languages folder. If I try it says I don't have permission.

To add a new language, you can upload the language files (.lang / .cap) to the languages folder. If it says, you have no permission, you may need to check the write permission of this folder / CHMOD 755 or 777.
