The readme file says to simply point the browser to the install file on the server. I only get the 404 error when I do this. I uploaded all the files after unzipping them to my server - cgi-bin folder. But nothign works so far???
Anyone can walk me through this starting point?

In my experience, if the very first instruction doesn't work, you might as well UNinstall the whole program.
