Please replace the old fpa.cgi with the newest one (from the download area), change the image path in ALL .tpl files (in fpa_files/skins/summer_field) and in the style.css (in fpa_public/icons/summer_field) from:

"fpa_public_3935"

"fpa_public"

If you upgraded your FPA 1.0 and ran to this problem, please delete the the two new folders "fpa_files" and "fpa_public" (PLEASE DO NOT DELETE THESE FOLDERS IF YOU DID NOT CREATE THE BACKUP FOLDERS!!!
) and rename the backup folders "fpa_files_XXXX" and "fpa_public_XXXX" to "fpa_files" and "fpa_public" to restore the old album.

And then download the newest fpa_15_all and do the upgrade steps once again to fix the skin problem.
